This guide was created with input from industry experts across issuing and merchants and aims to provide a balanced view.
Let's face it, chargebacks are confusing and many people have never heard of it. Some people mistake chargebacks with refunds and whilst technically money is being returned, it's fundamentally different and significantly different implications for all participants - especially consumers and merchants.
